According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law, you can submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above in accordance with the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller" using the following information.

§  If the applicant is a Turkish citizen, their Turkish ID number; if not, their nationality along with their passport number or, if available, their identity number,

§  The applicant's residential or workplace address for the purpose of notification,

§  The subject of the request,

§  Information and documents related to the subject of the request,

§  If the application is written, the applicant's signature.

 

If you submit your requests to us through the specified methods, the Company will respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the Company will charge the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
